RUTH JEAN (HUTCHINSON) MILLS, 58, of Northside Road in Stark, died peacefully at her home with her family by her side, on Monday February 8, 2010.
Born in Lancaster, NH on May 7, 1951 a daughter of Warren and Blanche (Carter) Hutchinson, she resided in Groveton until moving to Stark in 2001.
Ruth was a graduate of Groveton High School class of 1969 and went to cosmetology school after. She worked as an office manager for Week’s Medical Center for several years. She enjoyed crafting.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 32 years Michael Mills of Stark; daughter Michelle Sargent and husband Jamie of Groveton; two sons Stephen Mills and significant other Francine Cardin of Bridgewater, NH and Michael D. Mills and wife Michelle of Moultonboro, NH; seven grandchildren; one brother Donald Hutchinson of Groveton; two sisters Sandra Gonyer of Groveton and Trudy LeClere of Hampton, NH along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; one brother Richard “Dick” Hutchinson and one sister Ann Goulet.
Memorial calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton from 2:00 – 3:30 pm. Funeral services will follow immediately after at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in the spring in the Northumberland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Week’s Home Health/Hospice Services; 278 Main Street; Lancaster, NH 03584.
