ALBERT "PUSS" GAGNON, 85, of Melcher Street, Groveton died peacefully on Monday, March 15, 2010 at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster after a brief illness. Born on January 12, 1925 in Groveton a son of John and Mary (Gagnon) Gagnon he was a lifelong resident of Groveton. He was a U.S. Veteran serving in the Air Force during WWII. Before retiring he worked for many years for Groveton Paper Company and James River Corp. He enjoyed auctions buying and selling and playing cards. Albert is survived by one brother Emele Gagnon of Wells, Maine; one brother-in-law William Tessier of Monroe, NH and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; wife Patricia (Marquis) Gagnon; brother Armand Gagnon and sister Eva Tessier. At Albert's request there will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton.
