ALLAN E. BRYANT, 36, of Lost Nation Road, died unexpectedly September 3, 2008. Born in Lancaster, NH on August 30, 1972, he was raised in Dalton and moved to Groveton in 2004. Allan was employed by the Town of Northumberland as the EMS Director and Health Officer. He was also a lieutenant on the Groveton Fire department and a past member of the Dalton Fire Department; Whitefield Ambulance Corp. and Gilman Fire and Rescue. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed camping; four wheeling; snow machining; hunting; fishing; trapping and taxidermy. Allan was an avid NASCAR fan and used to race stock car when he was younger. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Allan is survived by his wife of 13 years Christina (Berry) Bryant; son Michael Bryant and daughter Khierstyn Bryant all of Groveton; son Jonathan Hughes of West Stewartstown; his mother and father Fred and Jessie Mason of Dalton; Maternal Grandmother Jessie Wood of Dalton; sister Debbie Mitton and husband Kenneth of Dalton; step-sister Martha Mason of Dalton; several aunts, uncle, great aunts and uncle and five nephews. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 from 2-4 & 6-9 pm from the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with burial following in the Cushman Cemetery in Dalton.
