ANDREO "ANDY" YVAN GINGUE, 64, of Stratford, died suddenly at his home on Monday, January 29, 2024.

Andy was born on September 9, 1959, in Morrisville, VT, the son of the late Hilaire and Suzanne E. (Salois) Gingue. He grew up in Lyndonville, Vt, he was a graduate of Lindon Institute, class of 1977, and moved to Stratford in 1987, where he started his farm and worked it until his passing.

Andy was a hardcore conservative and was not afraid to voice his opinion. He loved tractors, farming, and going to auctions.

Andy is survived by his two children Jimmy Gingue and fiancé Melaina; and Kathryn Broe; six grandchildren Brody; Dannika; Brian; Nathaniel; Kelly; and Brooke; one brother Gerard "Jerry" Gingue and wife Jodi; one sister Mariette Garcia; one son-in-law Jeff Broe; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

He was predeceased by his father Hilaire in 1997, one brother Conrad, on August 12, 1995, and his mother Suzanne just one month ago on December 30, 2023.

Memorial calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11:00 am in the St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Hill Street; Lyndon, VT.
