BEATRICE R. "BEA" (SEAVER) DUBE, 86, formerly of Cumberland Street, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Week's Medical Center in Lancaster after a brief illness. Born in Wareham, Mass. on July 8, 1922 a daughter of Osro H. and Flora L. (Barnes) Seaver she was a resident of Groveton for 28 years. Before retiring she worked as a waitress and cashier for different restaurants. Bea was a member of the Groveton United Methodist Church and the Loyal Order of the Moose. She enjoyed collecting dolls, Indians and lighthouses. She also enjoyed playing Bingo and cards. Bea is survived by her husband of 26 years Armand Dube of Groveton/Lancaster; twelve children and their spouses Virginia and Roger Cloutier of Gorham, NH; Donna and Roland Hopps of Bullhead City, AZ; Nathan and Nedra Coy of Henderson, NV; Paul and Linda Coy of Lisbon, NH; Albert and Margo Dube of Haverhill, Mass.; Barbara and William Currier of Barre, VT; Don Michael and Janice Coy of Lisbon, NH; Debbie and Kevin Lakin of Groveton, NH; Margaret and Dana Ladd of Mass.; Rhonda and John Shatney of Groveton, NH; Butch and Kris Germain of Gilman, VT.; and Randall and Leona Germain of New Mexico. Forty-six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren also survive her along with several nieces and nephews. Bea was predeceased by two sons Charles Coy, Jr. and Wilfred Dube; two of her previous husbands Charles Coy, Sr. in 1957 and Bob Germain in 1971; three brothers George Seaver; Merton Seaver and Merle Seaver and one sister Jeanette Seaver. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2008 at 1:00 pm at the Groveton Untied Methodist Church with Pastor Aaron Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Stratford Cemetery.
