BEVERLY "BEV" ANN (GILMAN) PAQUETTE, 86, died suddenly on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at the Summit at the Morrison where she had been a resident since October 2021,.
Bev was born on December 5, 1935, in Lancaster, NH a daughter of the late Frank and Mariam (Stevens) Gilman. She lived in Stratford with her husband Gary from 1965 until 2015 when they moved to Swanzey, NH for six years before moving to the Summit.
Over the years, Beverly worked at various industries but mainly worked as a seamstress. She loved gardening and her flowers. She loved camping, especially with the grandchildren when they were younger; crocheting, she made everything from gloves to blankets; and painting, she was a real artist.
Beverly was a great mother; grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-grandson with her whole heart. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
Bev is survived by her husband of 69 years Gary Paquette of Whitefield; two children Debra Paquette of Laconia; and Christopher and wife Josie of Anson, ME; one daughter-in-law Diane (Lietz) Paquette; five grandchildren Tabitha Paquette; Jason Paquette; Stephen Paquette; Derrick Paquette; and Carrie Couture; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson; her siblings Edward Gilman; Gloria Taylor; and Dennis Gilman; numerous nieces, and nephews.
She was predeceased by one son Jerry Paquette; and six siblings Patty Howland; Shirley Damon; Mary Weiss; Douglas Gilman; Clarence Gilman; and Thomas Gilman..
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 2 to 5 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Funeral service will be Monday, March 7, 2022, at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church; Main Street, Stratford with Fr. Timothy Brooks of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Lancaster officiating. Burial for Beverly and Gary will be held on June 1, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Baldwin Cemetery in Stratford.
