CAROLYN J. (MARSHALL) PINETTE, 76, of Preble Street in Groveton, died peacefully on Friday October 29, 2010 at Country Village-Genesis Elder Care Center in Lancaster with her loving family by her side. Born March 18, 1934 in Groveton, NH a daughter of Herbert and Ruth (Stevens) Marshall she was a lifelong resident of Groveton. Carolyn graduated from Groveton High School in 1952. She was a member of St. Marguerite d'Youville Parish and was very active in church affairs including the Catholic Youth Organization and Community Affairs. Before retiring she worked as a factory worker for Pak 2000. Carolyn is survived by her husband Eddie "Jack" Pinette of Groveton; two sons Dennis Pinette of Lebanon; Robert Pinette of Groveton; one daughter Lisa Cloutier of Greenville, NC; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters Patricia Lang of Boscawen and Shirley Sawyer of Groveton along with several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday October 31 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday November 1 at 1:00 pm at the St. Francis Xavier Church. Cremation will follow with the burial of cremains in the St. Francis Cemetery at a later date.
