DEBRA ANN "DEBBIE" MONTGOMERY , 64, of Brooklyn St., Groveton, died peacefully at her home on Friday, October 8, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

Debbie was born on April 12, 1957, in Lancaster, NH the daughter of David Ernest Woodward and Romona "Mona" Hazel (Gonyer) Woodward.

Debbie was a lifelong resident of Groveton. She was a graduate of Groveton High School, class of 1975. In her younger years, Debbie worked for the family business, The S & W Market and then was the coordinator for the Groveton Meals on Wheels for 27 years until COVID hit and they closed down.

Debbie enjoyed reading; watching cooking shows and her trips to the the casinos. She dedicated herself to her house and family. She loved her family very much and was an excellent mother.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 46 years Eugene P. Montgomery of Groveton; three children Erin Montgomery and wife Stacey of Charleston, SC; Heather Montgomery of Newington, NH; and Teasha Montgomery and partner Kyle Graham of Groveton; two grandsons Jordan Montgomery and Devon Collins; one granddaughter Alyssia Vitale; her siblings Rick Woodward and wife Teri of Groveton; Alan Woodward and wife Becky of Berlin; and Lloyd Tippitt of Maidstone, VT; her Aunt Marilyn,whom she was very close to; and many nieces and nephews

She was predeceased by her mother "Mona" on July 19, 2000; father David on March 21, 2006; and her brother Corey on March 9, 2006.

The family would like to to say a special Thank You to Clarissa Kenison of the North Country Home Health and Hospice for all of the tender loving care she gave Debbie.

At Debbie's request, there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 12:00 pm at the St. Francis Xavier Church in Groveton with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home.
