HELEN M. (PLATT) FARRELL 86 CONCORD, NH – Mrs. Helen M. (Platt) Farrell, born to John Platt and Mary (Cote) Platt on September 16, 1921, passed away on March 13, 2008 in Concord Hospital after a long illness. She was a long time resident of Groveton, NH before moving to Concord, NH to reside with her son and his family. She was a World War II Veteran and a member of the American Legion. She was also an employee of the Groveton Paper Co. for 20+ years and attended Groveton High School. She is predeceased by her husband John W. Farrell Jr, as well as her 7 brothers and sisters. She leaves behind her son John W. Farrell III and his wife Linda J. (Bigelow) Farrell; Concord, NH, her Granddaughter Michelle L. (Farrell) Crandall and her husband Jason P. Crandall; Manchester, CT, her Grandson Christopher J. Farrell and his wife Katie (Farren) Farrell; Springfield, NH, her Great Grandson, whom she adored, Griffin R. Calling hours are going to be held at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton on Sunday March 16, 2008 between the hours of 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday March 17, 2008 at St. Francis Xavier Church at 11:00 Am with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor officiating.
