JENNIE LEE JEWELL, 68, of Nelson Rd., Monroe, died peacefully at her home on November 13, 2022, after a lengthy illness.

Jennie was born in Lancaster, NH, on May 30, 1954, a daughter of the late Willard and Eleanor (Sweeney) Hill. She was a graduate of White Mountains Regional High School, Class of 1972.

Over the years, Jennie worked as a seamstress for 25 years for Gamm and Manchester Knitting Manufacturer; worked for Winterset Construction for six years and held a CDL-A license for over 30 years.

Jennie loved hunting; fishing; riding horses; driving her truck; her dogs; and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her two sons Jarrad Jewell and wife Kelly of Stark; and Chad Jewell of Bethlehem; one foster daughter Joanne; her boyfriend of 22 years, Richard Celino of Monroe; her three grandchildren Jacob; Jasmine; and Alex; two siblings Billy Hill and Betty Gray both of Whitefield; and two longtime special friends Jarrett and Jane of Groveton.

There will be no services at this time. A celebration of Jennie's life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Armstrong-Charron funeral Home; 100 State St.; Groveton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made in Jennie's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital at stjude.org
