JOANNE (SEVIGNY) MOISAN, 68, died peacefully at Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin, were she had been a resident for over 20 years. Born in Manchester, NH the daughter of Pamphile and Florence (Dubord) Sevigny, she moved to Berlin coming from Tennessee. Joanne enjoyed reading, knitting and oil painting. She is survived by her daughter Marguerite Lampron of Berlin, NH; son Raymond Lampron of Manchester, NH and a brother Paul Sevigny of Farmington, MN. She was predeceased by her parent at the age of 5; her husband Henri Moisan and a brother Roger Sevigny in Feb. of 2006. There will be no calling hours or service at this time.
