KEITH EDWARD "ANIMAL" BRONSON, 63, of Groveton, died suddenly at home on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
Keith was born on November 3, 1961, in Lancaster, NH, to Robert Willard and Anne Florence (Bernard) Bronson. Keith was a graduate of Groveton High School, class of 1979. Then, he enlisted in the US Navy. After his enlistment in the Navy, he attended White Mountain Community College in Berlin before attending the University of Phoenix, MMI, and receiving his Motorcycle Mechanics Certificate.
While living in Phoenix, Keith met his loving wife, Kim, whom he married on November 24, 2000. They moved back to Groveton, where Keith still worked as a Boilermaker for the Boilermakers Union until he retired. After retirement, he started working for O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lancaster and had his own motorcycle repair shop at his home.
Keith was a member of the Knights of Columbus 4thDegree, the North Star #8 Masonic Lodge in Lancaster, and the American Legion, Post #17.
Keith was a Selectman for the Town of Northumberland, serving a total of three and a half years. He was an avid hunter and a passionate motorcycle enthusiast.
Keith is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kimberley Bronson of Groveton, his mother Anne Bronson of Groveton, his son Willson Bronson of Laconia, three step-children Heidi Jo Kellough of Florida, Heath Perry on New York, and Joshua Perry of Arizona, six grandchildren Harleigh Bronson, Lyla Perry, Hunter Perry, Ryuu Perry, Jameson Murray, and Jonathan Murray, six siblings James (Elizabeth) Bronson of Bennington, NH, Janine (Peter) Castine of Idaho, Susan (Daniel) Ball of Dover, NH, Patricia (Alan) Avis of California, Karen (Wayne) Newton of Groveton, and Dennis (Ava) Bronson of Maine, his loving dogs Blue and Brandy, and many aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father Robert in August of 2004.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 11:00 am at St. Francis Xavier Church, with Fr. Daniel Deveau officiating.
