LOGAN MICHAEL CHUMACK, 19 of Winter Street, Groveton died Friday May 19, 2006 from injuries received in a motor vehicle accident. Born in Lancaster, NH, August 19, 1986 the son of Robert G. and Marie E. (Smith) Chumack he was a lifelong resident of Groveton. Logan was a graduate of Groveton High School, class of 2004 and was attending Berlin Vo-Tech with computer technology as his major. Logan was employed by Emerson Outdoor Fitters as a sales clerk. He loved playing guitar, going to concerts and traveling. Logan was a talented basketball player and musician. Logan was a lifeguard at the Groveton pool. He enjoyed playing "hoops" with the younger children at the Groveton Elementary School playground. He was known by all who knew him as always having a smile on his face and a kind word to say. Logan will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother Marie Chumack of Groveton; his father Robert Chumack and his companion Tina Holmes both of Groveton; his maternal grandmother Lorraine Smith of Groveton and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Memorial calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 24th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 25th at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Francis Cemetery.
