LUCY ANNE (TRIPP) FREEMAN, 86, of Stewartstown, died peacefully on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Coos County Nursing Hospital, where she had been a resident since 2020.

Lucy was born on February 13, 1940, in Rochester, NH, to the late Faunt Leroy and Laura Gray (Webster) Tripp. She was a resident of Rochester until moving to Stewartstown. She worked at Unquin Shoe Company until she retired at the age of 65.

Lucy loved to go to the races, walking, hanging out with her grandchildren, watching Wrestling, especially Monday Night Raw, and eating her favorite ice cream, coffee, and maple walnut.

Lucy is survived by her three children Kim Trask and husband Rick Cross of Columbia; Roberta Myshrall; and Roland Trask and wife Lyndsy Hall-Trask all of Rochester. Her six grandchildren, Laura Robinson, Roy Elliott, Jr., Mark Cooper, Brittany Trask, Nikkia McHugh, and Nick Myshrall, two great-granddaughters Kyleigh and Isla, one brother Eddie Tripp, and her extended family, Kyra Thilafoe, Gereenlee Camerson, Kade Camerson, Rachel Thilafoe, and Dan Thilafoe, and many friends.

At Lucy's request there will be no services at this time. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington, NH. Arrangements are entrusted to the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton.
