Mickey was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Groveton and Treasurer of St. Mark's for over 25 years. She also worked as Secretary at the Groveton High School for more than 20 years retiring in June 1983. She was an honorary member of the Delta Kappa Gamma. Always a warm, caring and generous person, she was very dedicated to her family-a wonderful mom, grammie wife and friend to so many people. She loved to read, do crossword puzzles, play games with her grandchildren, knit and cook for her family and friends. Mickey was especially fond of spending time at the ocean. He husband of over 50 years, Ralph C. Rowden died in September of 1996. A brother Robert McNeilly also predeceased her.
