Mary was born at home in North Stratford on June 3, 1947, to the late Sidney G. and Dora M. (Reynolds) Roby and was a resident of North Stratford until moving to Claremont for seven years, then to Newport almost four years ago.

Mary worked as a factory worker for Manchester Manufacturing for many years; then she worked in the housekeeping department at Upper Connecticut Hospital in Colebrook for many years.

Mary didn't really have any hobbies, but she loved watching TV and visiting with family and friends.

Mary was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, Doland “Duddy” I. Twofoot, on September 13, 2011, and one son, Alan Twofoot, on May 12, 2020.

She is survived by two daughters, Lynn Martino (John) of Claremont, and Tonya Twofoot of Barre, VT, six grandchildren, Kirsten, Zachary, John, Evan, Erik, and Harley, three great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Memorial Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home, 100 State St., Groveton. The funeral service will follow immediately after at the funeral home.
