MURIEL JEANNINE (LEFEBVRE) WATSON, 77, of Graham St.; Groveton died peacefully on Monday, August 3, 2020, at Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA after a brief illness, with her family by her side.
Muriel was born on December 10, 1942, in Berlin, NH a daughter of the late Andre R. and Rose A. (Turmel) Lefebvre
Over the years, Muriel worked as a Nurses Aide, for Campbell Papers and Burndy's in Littleton before retiring in 2004.
Muriel was always putting others before herself; was very giving and generous; loved being with and was very dedicated to her family.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Richard P. "Dick" Watson of Groveton; their five children Judy Watson of Colebrook; Sherry Pandora and husband Tim of San Francisco, CA; Gary Watson and wife Tammy of Groveton; Kathleen Hastings and fiance Paul Byrnes of Essex Junction, VT; and Sandra St. Pierre and husband Mark of Lancaster; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two siblings Raymond Lefebvre and wife Sharon and Stella Gilbert and Louie all of Berlin; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; and two brothers Julien Lefebvre and John Louis Lefebvre.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 7, 2020, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2020, at 11:00 am at the St. Francis Xavier Church in Groveton, with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Francis Cemetery on Brown Rd. in Groveton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Muriel's name to a local Humane Society.
