MYRA ANN (McCORMICK) CURLESS, 75, of Littleton, died peacefully at her home with her loving family by her side, on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, after a lengthy illness.

Myra was born in Island Pond, Vermont on June 22, 1949, to the late Merlin and Simone (Morissette) McCormick. She was raised and went to school in Groveton. She lived for many years in North Stratford before moving to Littleton in November of 2008.

Before retiring, Myra worked as a nurse's aide and a receptionist for Weeks Medical Center. In her younger years, she worked at the Balsams.

Myra loved to crochet, watch traffic and people, and go for scenic rides down the back roads. She also enjoyed singing, picking berries, walking, and cross-stitching.

Myra is survived by her husband of 40 years Robert Curless of Littleton, four children Jason Curless and wife Stacey of Pennsylvania, Leah Curless of Delaware, Sarah Chase and husband Stephen of Lancaster, and Isaac Curless of Littleton, and four grandchildren.

Myra was predeceased by her daughter Kendra Curless Duval on September 24, 2022, and her brother Warren McCormick.

There will be no services at this time. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 11:00 am, in the Northumberland Cemetery with Fr. Timothy Brooks of St. Paul's Episcopal Church officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton.
