RAYMOND CHARLES "HANABLE" HAND, 60, of US Route 3 in North Stratford died Monday, April 30, 2012 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon after a short illness. Born in Lancaster, NH on January 15, 1952 he was one of 17 children born to Frederick Charles Hand, Jr. and Doris Vivian (Maguire) Hand. Raymond grew up in Stark and lived most of his life in North Stratford. He was an avid NASCAR fan. Ray worked for many years for Washburn Trucking. Raymond is survived by his two daughters Alicia Gingue and husband Jimmy of North Stratford; Chrystal Beaucage and husband Joseph of Gilman; four grandchildren Brody Gingue; Aiden Beaucage; Kylie Beaucage; and Bentley Beaucage;15 siblings Gerard Hand of Groveton; Margaret "Peggy" Willard and husband Steve of North Springfield, VT; Larry Hand and wife Nancy of Evans Mills, VT; Eleanor Riley and husband Jody of Beacher Falls, VT; Doris Kennett and husband John of Valrico, FL; Wayne Hand and wife Patsy of Bloomfield, VT; Mary Ann Hand of Charlestown, NH; David Hand of Meredith, NH; Donald Hand and wife Norma of Groveton; Jon Hand and wife Sandra of Bloomfield, VT; Carrie Wiswell and husband Erwin of Alexandria, NH; Connie Hand of Colebrook, NH; Lori Howard and husband Cameron of Colebrook, NH; Dean Hand and wife Rose of Colebrook, NH; and Terri Hand and Mike Beloin of Colebrook, NH; Two Aunts, May and Beverly; numerous nieces and nephews and two special friends Wayne and Patty Holt of Milan. Raymond was predeceased by his parents; one son Travis Hand on September 22, 2000 and one brother Richard Hand on December 10, 2005. At Ray's request there will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the Emerson Road Cemetery in Stark. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton.
