RICHARD "DICKIE" FRANK EGAN, 73, of Bog Road died at his home on June 5, 2018, after a sudden illness.
Dickie was born on November 25, 1944, in Lancaster, NH the son of William and Edith (Bacon) Egan. He was a lifelong resident of the Stratford area. He worked as a truck driver for Pete Marshall for many years and as a supervisor at the Cummings Saw Mill. Dickie was a race car driver and mechanic. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting guns.
He is survived by his uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Dickie was predeceased by his parents; his sister Carlene Simpson and longtime companion Patricia Summers.
At Dickie's request, there will be no calling hours or services. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Center Cemetery in Stratford, NH. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton.
