ROSE ELLEN "ROSA" (GAUDETTE) ROBERGE , 82, of Cottage St.; Groveton, went to be with her loving husband Roland in Heaven on Sunday, July 15, 2018.

Rosa was born on March 15, 1936, in Groveton, NH to John and Lila M. (Hope) Gaudette and has been a lifelong resident of Groveton. She was a graduate of the Groveton High School, class of 1954; a member of the St. Marguerite d'Youville Parish; and the Daughters of Isabella.

Before retiring Rosa worked for many years at the Diamond International Paper Co. in Groveton and the Campbell Envelope Co. in North Stratford.

Rosa was an active church member and loved helping with the annual Penny Sale. She was a BINGO fanatic; loved crafts and knitting. She made and donated numerous mittens and other items.

Rosa is survived by her children, Theresa Houde and husband Leonard of New Port Richie, FL; John Roberge of Lebanon, NH and his twin Judy Harris and husband Weldon of Zachery, LA; and James Roberge and his partner John Main of St. Petersburg, FL; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law and best friend Ruth Gaudette of Groveton and many nieces; nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, husband of 57 years, Roland H. Roberge on April 6, 2016; and her siblings Dareth Lund; Arthur Gaudette; David Gaudette; and Herbert Gaudette and George Gaudette (died at age 9).

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 19th from 5-8 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018, at 10:00 am at the St. Francis Xavier Church in Groveton with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor officiating. Interment will follow in the Northumberland Cemetery.
