Sheri Anne (King) Girouard, 72, of Groveton died peacefully on October 10, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Lancaster on June 25, 1947, she was the daughter of Theodore and Belvah (McGuire) King. She was a graduate of Groveton High School, class of 1965.

Sheri married Armand Girouard on October 15, 1966, and together they raised two children. Sheri was a wonderful wife and mother who cared for her family with loving patience and grace. She always had a warm smile for those she met and loved getting together with family and friends. Her favorite quote was "It's nice to be natural when you're naturally nice" which she lived by every day.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, her daughter Vicki and husband Butch Germain of Littleton, her son Peter Girouard and daughter-in-law Maranda of Gorham, granddaughters Madison Girouard and Felicia Voisine, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Michael (Mick) King.

Calling hours for Sheri and Armand (who died on January 6, 2020), will be held on Friday,  January 17, 2020, from 6-8 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Funeral services will be on Saturday January 18, 2020, at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor of the St. Francis Xavier Church officiating. Burial will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020, at 1:00 pm in the St. Francis Cemetery on Brown Rd in Groveton.
