ARMSTRONG-CHARRON FUNERAL HOME, LLC 100 STATE STREET (603) 636-2744 GROVETON, NH 03582 www.armstrongcharronfuneralhome.com WANTAGE, NEW JERSEY Theodora Bergeron, 94 years, formerly of Groveton, NH passed away peacefully at the home of her son Chuck in Wantage Twp, NJ on December 29, 2013. Born October 6, 1919 in Groveton, NH as Theodora Pearl Clark she attended Groveton High School and cosmetology school in Boston. During her many years Theodora worked in the office at the Groveton Paper Company and was then self-employed as a cosmetologist. She married Roger Bergeron in August of 1943. Roger worked as an accountant/comptroller at the Groveton Paper Company. She was a lifelong resident of Groveton until she moved to New Jersey a few years ago to reside with her son Chuck. She was a life-long member of the Groveton Methodist Church where she helped put on bean suppers and luncheons. In her spare time she enjoyed dancing with her husband and spending time at their cabin on Maidstone Lake, VT, where they would entertain friends and family. She also enjoyed spending time on the lake swimming and canoeing. She enjoyed outing with her knitting club friends and she volunteered at the Weeks Memorial Hospital Sunshine Shop. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Roger Bergeron September 13, 1987 and a sister Gaynelle Stone. She is survived by her son "Chuck" Bergeron and wife Carol of Wantage, brothers Stan Clark of Manchester, NH and Ron Clark of Durham, NH. Along with grandchildren Chelsea Vander Groef and husband Justin of Wantage, and Amanda Justino and husband Chris of Hamburg. She was looking forward with great expectation to the birth of her great-grandchild (Chelsea) in January of 2014. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2014 in the Northumberland Cemetery; Groveton, NH. Local arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton.
