STEVEN "STEVIE" McCREA JARVIS, 71, of O'Dell Park in Groveton, died peacefully on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at the Morrison in Whitefield.

Born in Lancaster, NH on February 28, 1951, the son of Elmer D. and Marguerite (Stevens) Jarvis, he was a lifelong resident of Groveton.

Steve worked in the shipping department as a forklift operator for James River and Wausau Papers for 33 years. Other than work, he loved to drive and see the world around him and enjoyed his many vacations away with his sister Dena as much as he could .

He is survived by one sister Brenda Jarvis of Florida; and two brothers Richard Jarvis of Manchester, NH and Kenneth Jarvis of St. Johnsbury, VT; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Steve was predeceased by his parents and one sister Modena "Dena" Jarvis on July 1, 2019.

At Stevie's request, there will be no services. Steve's cremains will be buried in the Emerson Road Cemetery in Stark, at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton.
